A life of eclectic exploration

I am a 50-year-old woman, mother, and grandmother who has walked many paths led by heart and intuition.

My journey weaves together dance, art, creativity, arts promotion, psychotherapy, healing, expanded states of consciousness, psychedelics, ritual, and meditation.

Today, I embody multiple roles: dance artist, transpersonal body–mind therapist, healer, spiritual practitioner, and autodidact entrepreneur. Each role is rooted in a common search — for wholeness, connection, beauty, wisdom, freedom, consciousness, and compassion.

I believe that art heals, and healing is an art.
Both are paths of transformation and sacred portals to the essence within.

EACH CONNECTS US TO A WHOLENESS OUR SPIRIT LONGS FOR.

performing, choreographing, and co-creating platforms for independent artists, a life crisis turned my gaze inward. I stepped away from artistic production to dive into a deep therapeutic and spiritual journey. This transformative process expanded my understanding of life and brought new meaning, purpose, and the beautiful opportunity to place the intuition and sensitivity of the artist, now enriched with therapeutic training, in service of others’ healing journeys.

The exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness through meditation, hypnosis, shamanism, and psychedelic work has broadened my relationship with the mystery, the unknown, and the multidimensional nature of the human experience.

After fifteen years immersed in dance and artistic creation-

At the center, the core and foundation, of all this exploration is the body:

A portal, an altar, a revelation of the wild self.

The body that dances, feels, and perceives.

The body that holds memory, that suffers under the weight of transgenerational trauma, and yet is also the vessel of individual and collective ancestral wisdom.

The body that knows.

An ecosystem of relationships — with self, with others, with the Earth.

Not an isolated entity, but an interconnected and multidimensional field of experience.

These explorations have deepened my understanding of what art is, and revealed new layers of insight into dance as a way to make the invisible visible.

I continue to marvel at the body as a sacred vehicle — one that bridges dimensions and expresses consciousness.

This artistic sensitivity informs my work as a therapist and healer. It allows me to bring creativity, intuition, and adaptability to both individual and group settings, while honoring the importance of beauty, symbolism, and myth in the healing process.

In the complexity of the times we live in, I treasure the gift of connecting meaningfully with others — whether through performance, creation, teaching, or therapeutic support.

Let us walk together — with presence, heart, and purpose.
